The Challenge
When this client came to us, they were unsure where to start with their renovation. They had tried consulting with builders, but without a clear vision for the space, they found it difficult to move forward. The kitchen and surrounding areas were underused and lacked flow, leaving them stuck in a cycle of indecision.
The Process
We began with an onsite consultation, where we discussed the client’s needs, budget, and how they wanted to use the space. By taking measurements and getting to know the unique needs of the family, we developed a set of 3D plans to show how they could better utilize the kitchen and surrounding areas. The designs focused on maximizing space, improving functionality, and creating an inviting, open-plan feel.
The Solution
The final design transformed the space by expanding the kitchen into a previously unused room, creating a beautiful, open-concept floor plan that seamlessly connected with the outdoor entertaining space. With clear, actionable plans in hand, the client was able to confidently pass these concept designs to builders to receiving accurate quotes and are finally able to bring their vision to life.
